The Client

One of our esteemed clients has been Dell, a company which develops, sells, repairs, and supports computers and its related products and services. Our aim was to provide exceptional quality wire suspension kits so that safety of the installations were adhered to with utmost importance.

The Project

We worked with Dell as manufacturers with our scope limited to supplying solely. Our project involved supplying them with a total of 10000 wire rope suspension kits to different projects in various locations, spread over a time period of 8 months.

The challenge faced in this project involved getting the GPL made products approved for the project. This further led to the demand to work with the complete value chain, including showcasing a mock-up at site.

The Solution

GPL solution devised an indigenousplan of working with each influencer in the value chain. As suppliers we ensured that our manufactured products are in approval which would aid us as the lowest bidder.

Within two weeks from receiving the commercially completed Purchase Order, we supplied a total of 10000 wire rope suspension kits spread over 3 different projects in various locations. The project progression was completed over 3 phases and the clients received all the materials just in time.

The Outcome
