Case Study – Ceat

One of our most mentionable projects has been with CEAT, and here is the case study of it.

The Client 

CEAT Limited is an Indian multinational tyre manufacturing company owned by the RPG Group. With its presence in the global market for almost a century, it is no doubt one of our most prestigious clients that we had the honor of associating ourselves with.

The Project 

We were involved with working with CEAT as manufacturers with our scope limited to supplying solely. CEAT was aware of our presence in the industry and we have always been in specification since the beginning of the project.

The challenge faced in this project involved getting the GPL made products approved for the project. This further led to the demand to work with the complete value chain, including showcasing a mock-up at site.

The Solution 

We worked closely with the CEAT team and dedicated ourselves to working with each influencer in the value chain, making sure that our products were approved in order to emerge as one of the lowest bidders. We achieved our goal of completing the entire supply within 1 week of receiving the final Purchase Order from the clients. The project progression was completed over 3 phases and the clients received all the materials just in time.

The Outcome 

Over the course of the project, which is still in continuation with the company, we were able to build a strong relationship with the client. What initiated as a small order for us, transformed itself into a much larger account which we were able to build through our commitment towards customer trust and satisfaction. Our client was beyond satisfied with our products and services, the quality of the deliverables and they were most satisfied with the commercials. It was indeed one of the worthwhile projects that we were involved in and feel really proud to have been able to participate in it.
